HOW TO PLAY

Kan Jam is a two-on-two flying disc game where the objective is to score points by throwing and deflecting a disc into or onto a target (the "Kan"). Points are awarded for hitting the Kan, having a teammate deflect the disc into the Kan, or for throwing the disc directly into the Kan. The first team to reach exactly 21 points wins, or an "Instant Win" can be achieved by throwing the disc directly into the Kan's slot.

Basic Gameplay:

Teams: Two teams of two players compete.

Setting: The two Kan Jam goals are placed 50 feet apart (adjustable).

Throwing: Players take turns throwing the disc towards the opposing team's Kan.

Deflecting: Teammates can deflect the disc towards or into the Kan.

Scoring:
Dinger (1 point): Teammate deflects the disc to hit the Kan.
Deuce (2 points): The thrower hits the Kan unassisted.
Bucket (3 points): Teammate deflects the disc into the Kan.
Instant Win (Automatic): The thrower lands the disc inside the Kan slot, or directly through the top opening.

Winning: The first team to reach exactly 21 points wins. If a team's score goes over 21 after a throw, the points are deducted and play continues. If the team that started the game reaches 21 first, the other team gets a chance to tie or achieve an "Instant Win".

Key Rules:

No Double Taps: A deflector cannot hit the disc twice in a row.

Equal Turns: Teams play an equal number of turns, unless an "Instant Win" occurs.

"The Hammer": The team that starts the game gets to throw last, and the other team gets one last chance to win.

Adjustable Distance: The distance between the Kans can be adjusted based on player skill level.

Deflection: Any part of the body can be used to deflect the disc, except for double-taps.
